Dr. Olga Polemitou founded Aristion to execute her vision of providing small and middle companies with the same resources as larger companies to allow them to leverage well controlled accounting functions and quality financial information.

Dr. Olga Polemitou has extensive experience in advising companies of all sizes on the financial impact of strategic and business issues and in providing solutions and  appropriate courses of action.  In particular, Dr. Polemitou has expertise in strategic financial management directing the development of multi-year business and strategic plans for the introduction and development of new businesses and overseeing the funding process.

She also has extensive experience in team building and restructuring organizations to improve their processes and align them with business objectives and strategies. She has a proven track record in strategic financial and technology management leading to increase company profitability.

Prior to founding Aristion, Dr. Polemitou held senior executive positions with Fortune 500 companies in the energy and telecommunications industries where she was responsible for building organizations, leading the finance and internal audit functions, assessing risk to company operations, developing mitigation strategies and overseeing the P&L process.

Dr. Polemitou holds a Ph.D from Indiana University and BA (Honors) from the University of London.
